What is OTT?
OTT ("over the top") is a style of multiband compression. The sound is split into lows, mids and highs, and each band gets squashed from above and lifted from below at the same time. Quiet details come up, loud parts go down, and everything sounds thick, loud and in your face. Producers use it on synths, 808s, drums, vocals and whole beats.

How is it different from other OTT plugins?
You can see it work: each band shows how much it's lifted (green) and squashed (red). The volume is matched for you, so turning it up sounds denser, not just louder, and you can't fool yourself. You also get UP and DOWN to choose how much of each, a TIME knob, a level per band, 10 presets and a window you can resize.
Which DAWs does it work in?
Any DAW that loads VST3 or AU plugins: FL Studio, Ableton Live, Logic Pro, GarageBand, Cubase, Reaper, Studio One, Bitwig and more. Mac (Apple Silicon and Intel) and Windows 10/11.
Where do I start?
Put it on a synth or an 808, start from the Init preset (50%) and turn OVERDO up until it hits. If it gets hissy or roomy, turn UP down. On drums, a slower TIME keeps more punch.
